As 2022 winds down, we would like to personally thank you for believing in the power of restoration and preservation of a magnificent historic mansion built by a founding family of the Village of Sloatsburg. As a supporter of the Friends of Harmony Hall-Jacob Sloat House, you are part of a historic preservation movement in the heart of the historic Ramapo Pass that began 17 years ago with the purchase of the 4-acre property by the Town of Ramapo as part of its Open Space Acquisition and Preservation Program. During the ALL-VOLUNTEER nonprofit Friends of Harmony Hall-Jacob Sloat House‘s existence, your contributions helped with restoration and curated educational and cultural programming and outdoor music events. We are incredibly grateful for people like you, and look forward to seeing you inside the mansion and on the great lawn in 2023!
There are only a few hours left to help us reach our year-end goal and make a tax-deductible contribution.
Restoration and preservation of main to second floor Grand Staircase was completed in late 2022. We hope to continue with the upper floors in 2023.
