The Friends of Harmony Hall-Jacob Sloat House invite you to a "Progressive Lunch History Tour”, Saturday June 8, 2019, 11AM-3PM. Experience delicious food and drink at several Sloatsburg historic buildings and restaurants while also filling your appetite with the history of our village and enjoying the fruits of its revitalization efforts. Suitable for all fitness levels. Tour includes coffee and appetizers at Harmony Hall, lunch at Character’s Restaurant, more noshes at Valley Rock Inn and Mountain Club, and dessert at The Nest.

This is a fundraiser for Harmony Hall restoration and is limited to 20 people. Tour is held rain or shine, there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Tour begins at Harmony Hall-Jacob Sloat House at 11AM. Address is 15 Liberty Rock Road, Sloatsburg, NY 10974, (845)-712-5220

Walk to Characters, down the Harmony Hall hill to Sloatsburg Library, brief mention of St. Francis Episcopal Church and Methodist Church. Cross Rt. 17 at Municipal Plaza light (Characters is at this crossing).
11:45AM-12:20PM:
Characters Restaurant - Lunch - Shepard’s Pie, house salad, water, soda, ice tea, wait staff tips included in tour price. Cash Bar. Presentation by Mayor Carl Wright
12:20-12:30PM:
Walk to Valley Rock Inn along Rt. 17, through Village Walk to Valley Rock Inn & Mountain Club entrance.
12:30-1:00PM:
Valley Rock Inn and Mountain Club - Wood fired Pizza and finger foods. Cash Bar for alcoholic drinks. Presentation by Geoff Welch.
1-1:15PM: Walk to The Nest, cross Rt. 17 at Eagle Valley Rd.
1:15-2:45PM: The Nest - dessert, and presentation by Peter Bush
2:45-3:00PM: Back to Harmony Hall
